Will Lambe

President & Chief Integration Officer, Southern Bancorp, Inc.

Will Lambe is the President and Chief Integration Officer for Southern Bancorp, Inc., where he leads strategy development and operations execution across Southern’s family of companies, as well as acquisition conversions and integrations. Prior to joining Southern, Will worked in senior-level roles at Enterprise Community Loan Fund (a national CDFI) and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He specializes in development finance and has experience in both debt and equity products. He has published numerous articles and a book on community economic development strategies for smaller towns and cities. In 2015, Will was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship to travel and study public-private finance in China. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.
