Jeremy Loftin

Jeremy Loftin is an experienced banking executive with more than two decades of leadership in trust, investment management, and bank operations. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Southern Bancorp and Legacy Bank & Trust, where he oversees enterprise operations, strategic execution, and organizational leadership, and also leads the operations integration efforts to align both organizations ahead of the Q4 2026 conversion.

Prior to joining Legacy Bank and Trust in 2019, Jeremy held senior leadership roles at Missouri Trust & Investment Company and Central Trust & Investment Company, building deep expertise in trust administration, investment management, and operational governance. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Project Manager and Partner with Structured Property Investments, LLC, gaining hands-on experience in real estate development and investment management.

Jeremy holds an MBA in Finance from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University. He is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA), and is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School and Graduate Trust School.

He is actively involved in industry and community leadership, serving on the boards of Legacy Bank and Trust and Legacy Capital, as well as several nonprofit and professional organizations.

Jeremy lives in Marshfield, Missouri with his wife, Leah, and their two children, Connor and Blaire.
