Enrollment
Parents or guardians must enroll their student into the program either at a participating bank branch or during a school event (parent-teacher conference, orientation, etc.). Students can make their first deposit on Bank Day at school. Visit SchoolSavings.com for more information.
Account Notes
Once the minor is 18, the adult must close the account. The 18-year-old can then open a Regular Savings account. There is no automatic conversion to a Regular Savings account.
